The staff demonstrated really good hospitality. Housekeeping kept the rooms and amenities immaculate and always on point. Milena and Naz at the front desk provided a very smooth check in. I highly recommend this hotel to families and friends.

The dated decor and overall style of the hotel felt out of sync with modern luxury. The scent in the lobby was overpowering. It smelled strongly of men's cologne.

Residences were big with a great balcony from the bedrooms to the living room. The kitchen was good size. I had three showers and three toilets. The master bedroom include a king bed and the other bedroom offered two twin beds. Abdul supported me with everything. I felt appreciated. The staff offered really good hospitality from the manager to housekeeping. In-room dining and breakfast were both excellent. The room was like a spacious apartment, it didn't resemble other hotel apartments. The size matched regular long-term apartments, I did appreciate it. The beach had fine views. The restaurants provided excellent dining experiences. The pool area worked well. Service felt really good all around. I can't wait to return. I always stay at least a few days at this hotel whenever I visit. The hospitality feels perfect. I feel at home. The cleanliness and room service felt perfect like my own house, I appreciated the employees .
